We’re on the search for new trustees to help set the direction of our vital charity – do you have the skills to help us?
As a local, independent charity Citizens Advice Esher & District has its own board of trustees who are responsible for deciding how our local service is run and making sure our charity is fulfilling its purpose. Being a trustee is a hugely important role and many trustees find it really rewarding to put their skills and knowledge to use and gain experience of strategy and leadership.
Right now we need people with backgrounds in finance, IT and human resources.
You don’t need to have had experience of Citizens Advice, or of being a trustee – just a commitment and enthusiasm to help us shape the work and strategic direction of our forward-thinking charity.
Our trustee board welcomes people of all ages, backgrounds and experience who are passionate about challenging the impact of poverty and creating a fair society for all.
